H.I.I.T

HIIT sessions combine short bursts of high intensity training with periods of recovery. This is a highly effective method in which to increase your fitness levels, tone your muscles, shape your body and burn off calories.

An accelerated warm-up session will kick-start your heart rate and awaken your neuromuscular system before the more intensive training session begins. This combines strength, plyometric or cardio circuit sequences to put the participant’s fitness thoroughly to the test.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Today, the term hatha is used in such a broad way that it is difficult to know what a particular hatha class will be like. In most cases, however, it will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where they hold poses longer.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a dance fitness program are typically about an hour long and are taught by our professional instructors . The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop,soca, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included. It is a sure fun and interactive programme which many will enjoy at their first try!

At Muay Thai fitness, our classes are done primarily for general fitness — the “fight” element has been removed from our Active MT programmes. our MT classes are taught by highly-qualified and experienced instructors. Everyone can join our classes — NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. Our classes are done in pairs. If you don’t have a partner, our instructors will ake the necessary arrangements for you to be partnered with someone. It’s a great way to meet new people… While working on your fitness goals!
